Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service/ Over Charging I use Dis-Chem clinic for family planning. Their notice board shows that family planning is R130 and if u are a repeat patient you pay R80. To my surprise I paid a total of R201.27. When I raised my concerned via whatsapp the person handling whatsapp messages was very rude to me and when I advised that I was going to refer these rude messages to hellopeter he/she immediately deleted those messages. I still have the screenshots on my phone. I went to the store on 31 May 2021 and requested to speak to the manager at Dis-Chem store (South-Gate Mall) The manager, Layton, promised to resolve the matter the very same day and give me feedback before close of business. Thus far I have not received any feedback and still don't know who the person behind the whatsapp messages is and also have not receive any refund. Please assist.
