Poor customer service

I must say I am very disappointed with the attitude I was given by a cashier at Discham in ilanga mall (Mbombela). I've always known Discham to have the most friendliest vibrant staff but today i was given a rude treatment buy a cashier who did not want to assist me she showed to be annoyed by me as I proceeded to her till to pay for my items. She made a very irritated face and asked to go to a different till. I'm disappointed at such poor customer service. Thank you to Ayisha Alli who was willing to assist me.
