Poor customer service and rudeness

I went to Tembisa Dis-Chem - 26/07/23 and i was assisted by very rude and arrogant Nozipho Makhabo simply because she could not find my repeat prescription on the system , the more i tried to explain that i submitted it , she was getting more angry and left me at the counter and advised her ****orker to assist me because she does not have time for my nonsense and their sent me back to Festival Mall without my medication , got to Festival Mall 28/06/23 i was again assisted by very rude and arrogant Annelie van der Merwe whom refuse to apologies after discovering that indeed they had my prescription and is their fault that is was not loaded on the system and it was found because of intevetion by the old whom i will always be grateful to be assisted by her at Festival mall and end up apologizing on her behalf. She “ Anelie” refuse to acknowledge it and start pointing finger at her ****orkers because she believed she is not the one whom made the mistake. This is terrible and disgusting in a customer base environment that we have such people especially when dealing with chronic people on daily basis.
