Poor Customer Service

Very poor service at Dis-Chem New Market Mall Alberton. I bought a perfume some time in the past of which I used a few times and the bottle was empty. They also sold me a half empty bottle of perfume. I took it up with the cosmetic manager Sunel Terablance and she told me straight to my face that there is nothing she will do to help me insinuating that someone else was using it after I told her multiple times that I stay alone. She insisted that someone else used it. She was rude and had no desire to assist me as if I had ****** the perfume I did let her know how dissapointed I was about the whole thing but she showed no remorse to that regard.
