Poor customer service

I booked the appointed for six weeks vaccination a week ago for my grandson toady the 31st march, on arrival my daughter was told that there is no stock. The customer care is so pathetic. I have arranged the transport to take my daughter from Emndeni to Westgate Dischem as I was on duty. before you go there is a process to book and confirm the stock, and when stock become unavailable the system is not working. Even when you ask to speak to the manager there is no respond, the only information was unfortunately no one is available to cancel the booking when stock become unavailable.
