Poor Customer Service

Dischem Valley View, Krugersdorp. This Dischem just never answers their telephones. There are times where we cannot afford to sit and wait for an hour plus to be helped at their Dispensary and want to call in for them to prepare prescriptions and collect when they are ready, but they blatantly just never answer their telephones, nor do they ever answer or even read your messages on Whatsapp service line. Really terrible customer service and I would highly recommend not using this store.
