Poor Customer service

I went to dischem pharmacy at centurion mall on the 30/08/2021 and went to the pharmacy. When I got there one lady just said tome I must go to dispensary to get my medication as it is a prescription. Istood there surprised thwn one guy came and showed me where dispensary is . I got there and my turn to be helped came. I got at the guy at 10h35 and left there at 11h55 as if I was buying the whole store. The assistant pharmacy was so slow to a point that I felt like living the medication behind. I suggest if a person is still learning should not be left alone to attend customers more especially in a busy store like dischem. 7 to 8 customers who were behind me left me still standing . My worry is nobody seemed to care that all their customers are leaving the store but I was still there. I was not happy about their service today.
