Poor customer service

Another complaint about the Dischem at Wonderboom Junction.I exchanged a product that was under guarantee.After a few days I was notified that I could collect a replacement voucher.I enquired at the Customer Service desk about the voucher and was greeted by an already irate staff member.I explained the situation and provided my surname.Instead of following up on the info that I provided the staff member wanted to know when I returned the product.As I couldn't exactly remember and rep**** that \I think it was Sunday."Apparently this lady (Jacobs) worked on Sunday and I WAS WRONG.However"
