Poor Customer Service

I went to west-gate store to return supplement and the assistant manager by the name of Tebogo failed to help me because of company policy that i don't know nothing about it.he was not concern that i didn't know that i ant return the staff and the consultant did not inform me about it....IM am angry and disappointed
