Poor Customer Service

Be careful of buying from a Dis-Chem store and then trying to return the goods if they are incorrect, even if you have a proof or purchase. Kyalami Dis-Chem refuses to assist. Even though all stores are supp**** via their distribution centre, the store claims they cannot help you if they have t stocked the product before. Surely all stores have access to products in their very own DC??? Poor customer service
