Poor customer experience

I dread going into this pharmacy's dispensary because they are ***********. I had a script for progesterone and they kept it for a while, trying to fulfil it and when they couldn't, I asked for the script back and I was told that I had to go back to the doctor to get another script because it had expired in anycase. That is totally irresponsible. Today I was billed for meds I didn't ask for. When they called to ask if I wanted them to get my script ready, I gave clear instructions as to what I wanted from the script that was with them...and they did not listen. Instead they billed the medical aid with whatever they chose off the script. I can't do anything about the scripts that are with them, but I don't plan to use them once these are done. Totally *********** people!!
