Poor Customer Care, online line shopping fail

I made an order online for pick up in one of their partners,the legit store. It was the black friday promotions so mostly fabric softener,laundry detergent,soap etc. When the lady handed my the bos we realized it's leaking and I won't be able to use the box. Inside the fabric softener was burst somehow the detergent bottle also leaked and the soap inside was also wet. I took pictures and email to the store and the care line.No one rep**** not even a automated response to say they are looking into it or explaining to me. Nothing! I've never received such an online order and terrible customer care. Absolute waste of my hard earned money.
