Poor customer care at Dischem

Went to Dischem at Carnival mall in Dalpark on Monday 21/12/20 and had to wait in a long queue for hours and ended up leaving. Came back today 28/12/20 and its the same situation. The worst thing is that, they have 2 consultation rooms but only have 1 sister on duty. This is really inconsiderate for a big company like dischem bcz we are all sitting here waiting on 1 person to attend all of us. 3 kids went in now for immunisation and she told us she would take about an hour. Is it acceptable for us to wait so long when there's another consultation room that they can use to assist us? This is really not a fair treatment for your patients, dischem has really poor customer care it's so disappointing. I brought my aunt here and honestly if her GP didn't close for holidays I'd take her straight to the Dr. But will never ever come back here again, dischem doesn't see us!!!
