Poor customer care

I was horrified at the level and quality of some members employed at Dischem Carlswald. When I requested assistance for a product, Iwas told by an assistant that the person in charge of the isle was on tea beak and may not be disturbed. I proceeded to ask the manager for assistance,and was advised that he had no product knowledge and must come back after an hour when his assist returns from tea. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER CARE? Is this the level that Dischem resort to?
