Poor contactable service

I took a medical aid with dischem... the day i signed up i was contacted back in no time i thought it to be good as there was immediate communication... however i have changed my debit order bank details and i am trying to notify dischem no one calls back or no one picks up i am currently behind on payment bcos the debit didnt go off from the new account details and dischem doesnt contact back once you already a client
