Poor clinic service

I went to Dis- chem Newmarket yesterday for a measles vaccine for travelling purposes. When I got there it was around 16:00. I was told by the lady by the door that the nursing sister was alone and there were a few people who were coming late for their appointments. Okay I said I will wait as there was only one other lady in the waiting area. Then as I was waiting a couple came with their son and went in. Another lady arrived and sat by the waiting area as well. Well after an hour of sitting there for nothing another lady came with a small baby, only then the lady told me that I won’t get assisted because the sister was too busy and she was closing at 18:00.And I got treated this way because I was a walk in with no booking. I was so annoyed and irritated how can I sit a whole hour waiting for people to arrive for an appointment an hour late. I feel that they very unprofessional and will never go back there again. And their approach system is very stupid.
