Poor Client Service and Management

On 05/02/20 was purposely ignored by the pharmacists.It was not the first time this happened when I'm in this pharmacy by the very same person. It was the third time this happened. Then furious as I was. when I reached home I phoned Shalen's manager by the name of Shiraz and stressed my complaint whom promised to follow up on the matter and said it was the first complain on Shalen.He always acts busy, constantly on the phone and just never assist. It was the 3rd time when I'm there experiencing this. On 06/02/20 was contacted by Goodness who said she was the Store Manager and again explained why was I dissatisfied on the service that I always received. Shiraz who is his direct manager whom I spoke to Never ever returned my call. Goodness and Shiraz never wanted to respond to me via email when I requested for them to please respond and give me Shalen's name.Goodness tried but was dissatisfied about her response as he covered the employee again just like Shiraz did. She never responded via email as I requested and said it was the first time they received such a complaint about this employee yet it was the 3rd time I have received his inferior service. He is not willing to help and his superiors are protecting him. I am seen as a person that imagine things and I am not.The most irritating part was Goodness said that according to their daily shift satstics Shalen has assisted the highest number of clients, I then responded by saying I'm not in disagreement as I don't have the proof ofI that but if we are clients he needs to assist us unless he is away from the counter or at breaktime. This is just poor service by Shalen and Poor Management by Shiraz and Goodness. Proper training needs to be provided and let people to really are willing to work do the jobs. Nobody have ever returned my call or updated me regarding the matter and findings as Goodness has also said she will look further on the matter but received no reponse since the 06/02/20. And am still dissatisfied and willing to take my business elsewhere.
