Poor and unacceptable service

On the 18th December 2024, I've ordered some few items from the dischem 60 minutes app to be delivered . My parcel was delivered @ the incorrect address. I did contact Dis-chem customer service and i spoke to Portia who told me that she will escalate the matter. I even chat with the head office on Facebook they told me that my matter is under investigation. I just want my money back asap.
