Pointless Clinic Booking Call Centre

Why do I have to wait 10 minutes online to make a clinic booking at a central call centre, only for them to transfer me to the branch directly afterwards?

Why can't you allow calls to the branch for this directly? It looks like you have created a call centre which is utterly pointless as they cannot assist you with anything! It sounds like you have designed a process purely to introduce frustration to customers.
