Please shed a light

<p>I went to Dischem blue bird shopping centre hoping to buy protein shake and eye drops. I managed to get eye drop and as for protein shake, i waited to be helped on the aisle till i left. I spoke to one of the ladies who promised to get someone who works there to help and nobody came and after 10 minutes i decided to go to checkout. At checkout, after producing my dischem card, I was told it has R25 that I can use, but the card say it's invalid. Was sent to customer care desk where i was helped by Claurinah Mokoena. She told me that after I was issued with the card, more than a year ago, it was not activated and Dischem has decided to block it. Strange enough, all my contact details are there but the card is not activated as per customer service. I was also tod that I can't use the card until she has done investigations. She will send details to head office and i will be called with feedback.</p> <p>What I found so appaulling is, first the level of service in that store. It's really deteriorating. Maybe one should shout to get service. Secondly, how could you have all my details fr more than a year and block the card that i've been using everytime i make purchases without even contacting me while you have my details. </p> <p> </p> <p>I must say, i'm so disgusted in the manner that you do things. </p>
