Please remove that rude guy from the beauty department and bring bring someone who knows how to treat customers with respect

I was treated unfairly by the manager on the beauty and make up department at Jabulani mall in Soweto. I went there to buy a foundation in the brand of Maybelline, then was told that there is no tester I must take which ever colour I think will be suitable for my skin and if it's not my colour I must not bother to return it. I requested a professional in beauty to assist me still, I was told there is no one to assist me. That man was rude and does not supposed to lead the beauty department.
