Placing patients at risk.

On Sunday the 7th of February I received a sms that my prescription medicine is ready for collection at Dischem Norma Jean, Centurion. On Monday I went to Dis-chem and had to stand 20 minutes in the collection que (longer than the stander que) as there was only one person at the counter.

When it was my turn, my medicine were not ready. After investigation I was told that the SMS's I received were wrongfully send and that it was SMS's of the previous month that were send to me again.

Now, since I am a comorbidity, Dis-chem placed me under risk of Covid-19 by unnecessary letting me go to Dis-chem to fetch my medicine. This is unacceptable.
