Pills are in pieces

I bought their slow mag Magnesium supplements 60 tablets from dischem westgate mall and most of the tablets were in pieces i tried to take them back to dischem they told me they dont take medication back.I tried to contact slow mag from Facebook and they ask for my contact number it's been a week now they don't say anything I even send email to dischem they also promised to come back to me it's been a week no respond. I had to buy new Magnesium supplements with the money I don't have.

So consumers has to gain money from poor people but they can't deliver quality from their products?Even if there is a mistake from their part I have to be the one who loose money not them. I will never buy anything from your products again even if it's a prescription from a docter.You don't know how to treat customers,slow mag and dischem.
