****phobic Employee - Mark

Last week Tuesday whilst in Dis-Chem in Menlyn Mall I overheard a very disturbing conversation between a manager (Mark) and one of his subordinates. The manager was berating and patronizing one of the floor staff for being "***". The manager thought it was funny to ridicule and embarrass the staff member regarding his ***uality in earshot distance of customers in the store. This manager continued to speak ****phobic slurs even when it was clear that I could hear him and the staff member was uncomfortable. I find this behavior completely disgusting and dehumanizing. I am a *******ual male myself and definitely do not expect to hear discriminatory language when shopping at any store ESPECIALLY during International Pride Month.... YOUR STAFF SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!
