Phillips Sonicare damaged

Good day, I have a Phillips Sonicare electric toothrush that's stopped working now for the 3rd in 3 years. Everytime a replacement was sent to me via Ivodent & this time I was told to go to Dischem directly. Spoken to Aki regional manager for few weeks with no reply other than fact he would contact the supplier. I am in desperate need of a toothbrush & one that works. Purchasing a product for R1600 one would think it was something of quality & value, not to mention from a store that has a better customer care.<br> Please can someone tell me what to do as the current was sent to me on the 10 June 2014.<br> Thanks<br> <br>
