Phillips Blender

On the 21 June I bought a Phillips Blender when i open it the crusher was Broken and I return it tonthe store and they took my details,.I made follow ups about it until now tey called saying they wont do nothing about because the crusher is broken they dont if myself I broke it or it come like that to them.
