Phenominal customer care

I went to Dischem Mall@reds and a great gentleman by the name of Thabo Dlangamandla was phenominal. I actually went to the first guy who i didnt take his name ans i asked him where I could find ****** sachets and he just pointed the eisle. Indeed I went and I picked the brand I know. As I walked to the tills Thabo Dlangamandla saw me and he asked if I also managed to have a look at this other brand that would give me more sachet at just a few rands extra. And indeed i entertained him because im trying to save. He walked me back to that Isle and showed me. For me that is customer care and going all out at the most crucial time where we are trying to stretch every last cent> I was so grateful. I know dischem need more customer caring people like him.
