Pharmacy Staff With Bad attitude and poor customer Service

Good Evening I am not happy with the service or should I say lack of service at your Krugersdorp Branches this is the second or third time that I have been informed that my chronic prescription has expired only on collecting my next script. I do believe this is not true (as I received my script in January) but cannot argue as staff are not interested and do not care about me the customer. I might add the attitude of said staff needs much to be desired. An oversight on your side is now MY Problem. My wife has had the same issue with an emailed prescription from the doctor, this is now suddenly not acceptable?????. Please attend to this situation before you lose me as a customer, very similar to Clicks who has also lost me as a customer. I thought I would get better service from your institution, obviously not... I might add that while collecting my medication I buy numerous items in your store. However with service like this you will end up like Clicks "missed" I will take my business elsewhere.
