Pharmacy - Dispencing of medication

I have been going do Dischem Jean Crossing for a couple of months now to get my chronic medication. For months the pharmacist doesn't have the 100mg medication available and then they will give me double of the 50mg. But the problem is that the 50mg is not covered by the medical aid on chronic, so they put it through on my savings for months and did not even inform me that this is the case. Only to find out at the end of the year that savings has been depleted because of this.
