Pharmacists who don't care

I went to the store on the 26th of March to get my repeats for diabetes and was told that the insulin is not available and they will contact me as soon as it's available. I tried calling in to follow up but the phone keeps on ringing. Sent emails but no one bothers to respond. Can someobe please get back to me on this
