Pharmacists who couldn’t care less :(

Can someone please educate the pharmacists on being patient and considerate. Please remind them that they are not selling widgets but dispensing medication to people who are likely to be in distress and do not need to further be chastised for wanting to understand. I am heading to Clicks from now on.
