Pharmacists thats don't care

I am sorry to bring this to your attention now but I was only told about this a few days ago. Just over a month ago my sister in law went to Dis-cem and the Pharmacist Victoria refuse to serve her and just walked away. My family has been buying from this company for years and now we get treated like this. My mother is too scared to go back as she is scared that Victoria is going to not serve her or give her wrong medicine. She barely understands what medicine we request cause she doesn't even talk English not even sure if she is legally in this country.
