Pharmacist/Assistant triggered and rude to a customer

Today I was at Dischem Fourways Mall to buy using a prescription. I was assisted by a person by the name of Timu Mashele. After giving him the prescription, he stated that he needs the medical aid or some sort of proof that the medical belongs to me. I had left my medical aid card in the car and and my wife also stated that her phone is in the car but I knew the medical aid number off by head. I then wanted to use it and he said it is not acceptable and that the requirement are that there should be a medical aid card, ID, drivers licence etc. Then we decided to open the Bonitas app to show him the digital car but while on that I then mentioned that I have used just the medical aid number at other branches before without any hassles.

This person then started raising his voice and shouting at me telling me that Dischems are not the same, here they have their own rules, I have to abide by them and that he has worked at all dischems around Johannesburg so I am lying...but the tone he used here was highly disrespectful, undermining and unacceptable. He even mentioned that he was TRIGGERED by me saying that I have used just a number at the other branches and that I must NEVER say this again. I felt disrespected by his tone because me mentioning this did not mean I wanted him to break the rules nor did I want him to assist me without the proof. I was merely sharing my experience as a loyal customer to dischem but no he was offended and started fighting me. We use dischem for several things me and my family, we have received two baby bags from dischem to date through their loyal programme and we've enjoyed the service thus far. However, this person did not make me feel valuable and like an esteemed guest to the shop that I am. A customer is really important to a business, a pharmacist or assistance cannot be allowed to feed their egos or bring their traumas to work and unleashing that on customers. No, this must not be allowed. I will return to the shop tomorrow to launch a verbal complaint on this because I also feel that he was just undermining me as a person in general, he never had any respect for me but I have seen other races being afforded a highest form of respect and even being referred to as "Sir/Mam" during a conversation but today I was referred to as "my guy". To me this was very poor customer service and that was not a good experience for me as a customer. Thanks
