Pharmacist who does not care!!!

Today on 19 December 2021 I went to submit my renewed prescription at Dischem I wish I had not done so, because I got a very bad unproffessional service from one Ronald Sevenster who has a stinking attitude.

To cut a long story short I asked a lady who was helping me to please delete my other profile because every single month I get told I hv 2 profilesI can't send my husband he gets turned away saying my prescription has to be renewed!

So now I asked this lady to delete my one profile she checked and told me she can see only one profile. I told her her colleague shld be aware of this coz same thing happened with him previously.

When she asked him he said he does not remember. So I was now upset saying this thing has to be sorted I hv to ask for some off work to come amd fetch my pills bcause if I send someone they get turned away if Dischem cant fix this prblm I hv to go to Clicks go get my pills there!

This Ronald guy had the nerve to say I can go to Clicks then if I want to!!! Wow thats the attitude of someone who works with people who are sick on chronic medication!! Thats the attitude of someone who work for the 'pharmacist who care!!' Im speechless!! Dischem; please send your employees who customer service training, especially this Ronald Sevenster from Highveld Mall branch in Witbank!!
