Pharmacist who cared less to check an order

I did an online order and this was delivered and 3 items were short on the order. I then called in and they promised to call back but this was not done.

I too requested for the another item which was removed from my basket and this item i would normally get in store but due to work I the requested for online order. Sent through a mailer and was informed that due to low stock it was removed form basket and no where in your basket policy does it state that the item can be removed as per other online sites. Wasn't happy about this either.

I then waited and then called again and was once again promised to be called as I needed the items. I requested for them not to credit me but to my dismay my account was credited and I needed the items. I was called two days later from the Store Sea Point and when i was called the lady who called was so unprofessional and had a laughter in her tone when she was trying to apologise. I basically kept the call short as I was about to explode.

Note to the person at Sea Point who called me , be more sympathetic and when you call any client regardless of how they have ordered , show respect and be decent enough to not call persistently, as you do not know what the client is doing as we could be at work or even at a Dr.
