I have made up my mind now that I will never ever waste my money and time ever again and set my foot at Dis-Chem Southgate or any other Dis-chem for that matter. It is now the second time where by I have been given thee utmost scariest and poorest service ever at Dischem. First incident I had bought new born baby items value of over R2000 went to the tills the lady at the tills never asked us if we have Dischem card or educate us and help us enroll for the baby mama program for us to benefit from the great program. After complaining later on the day when I had read about this on the Dischem website called the store they said they will investigate until today they never came back to me. Today I visited the store upon us entering the store we found a very rude security lady at the name of Kholeka who belittled me in such a way that even my wife was rather very upset on how she spoke to me when I had initially asked for a simple request of please be gentle with your sanitizer my skin is rather very sensitive which she had 2 options to choose from in order to assist me, which was to be gentle with the sanitizer on my hands as my skin is extremely sensitive or offer me to us the one in front which I'd need to sanitize myself instead of her sanitizing me, but no the rude security lady choose to answer me in such a way that my wife had to step in and tell her that she is rather rude and unnecessary for her to respond in the manner that she did. Her attitude was really disgusting and really irritating as she is the face of the store yet she has no customer service whatsoever. I really felt very small and unvalued at all, instead of honoring my request and she decided to over use the spray on my hands in such a way that I had to shake it off in front of her then she continued to speak and say that I must not tell her how to do her job and continued. First incident I had missed out on valuable baby welcome packs and benefits, now I had been treated as if I was coming to borrow something at the shop. Thinking that I had traveled from Fairland to Southgate to be treated like a dog of which I don't even treat my dogs in such a manner. I wish I could have just went to Cresta, Westgate or Clearwater mall for that matter but for some odd reason I choose to go to Southgate. I am still shocked at how I was treated. I will make sure that I never set my foot ever again at Dischem.
