Personal touch
I had just undergone major surgery and required more medication from my local pharmacy CLICKS, who I have been dealing with for more than 8 years and known to all staff, for I have been a client longer than all the staff there. On 24 Dec'20, I was disrespected and treated unfairly and without dignity by a locum pharmacists. I left with dissappointment and went to Dischem Randpark Ridge. The service was awesome and had a personal touch to it. The pharmacist (Andre) was very sensitive to my condition, took notice that I was not well at all, in lots of pain and that I should not have been given the run around by my regular pharmacy (CLICKS). His advice as well as the directions of use of the medication was assuring to me. It gave me the feeling of "its going to be ok". The experience and interaction with him, calmed down my earlier frustrations and I walked out with a relaxed mind. Like the saying "pharmacists who care". Keep up the personal touch.
