People skills please !

Unfortunately, our experience with the nurse during my daughter's immunisation visit at Dischem Cradelstone Leboneng Mika was bad extremely the worst. Despite our concerns, the nurse showed no empathy towards the baby. Even while doing the injection she spilled some in my face and didnt even apologise acted as if it was nothing .There was a lack of communication about the procedure, and after the injection, we were simply handed the vaccination book without any further guidance or support. Better bedside manner and clear communication would greatly improve the service I asked her about the formula change she could not even advice she just kept quiet. I felt this was rather personal and this is not the first time this nurse treats us this way she is not friendly and lacks a lot please change the nurse or give her some people skills training
