Pay back my fathers money

Its about my dads money in dischem in south gate mall its started off when he dropped of their uniform when he was busy claiming his money they said he didnt bring the uniform to which he did bring it

Secoundly its about his sanlam money on August the 18th 2019 he received paper from a guy named nhlanhla saying that the forms are for applying his sanlam money well my dad filled in the papers and he emailed them back to the nhlanhla because he was told to return back to the guy who sent him the email and the guy is nhlanhla months went by i as the daughter i emailed sanlam telling them about this the lady named heardy/hardy rep**** and said my fathers money was out on the 1st of match 2019 to only see that dosent add up because dischem sent my dad papers on the 18th August the lady from sanlam sent us every perticular paper i still have emails and paper even goes to my dad i told him not to delete anything and till today nothing so i wont rest until my dad get whats rightfully his
