Pathetic, unacceptable service!!!!!!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent online order from Dischem. Despite providing clear delivery instructions over the phone, the delivery was attempted after hours, which is unacceptable. I have made multiple calls to resolve this issue, yet I still do not have my order. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution. Please address this matter urgently to restore my confidence in your service.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have advised them it's an urgent order and for the manager at centurion mall dischem to call me .. but it gets completely ignore.

Dischem clearly doesn't give a damn about their customers.
