Pathetic Service to a CANCER patient

I just got off the call with a lady at the Sandton branch. Absolutely horrible service. I called yesterday to book an appointment for a prescribed injection. My appointment is in an hour, and they called me now to say they dont have stock and cannot give me the injection, they will only get it on Monday. So i asked the lady if she could please consult with the Pharmarcist, (assuming they would have that clinical knowledge) if that window period is safe. She was absolutely rude and gave me such attitude asking how would they know. She then said they did not know what my injection was (Zoladex). Surely working in a pharmacy you would know an injection that is given for Cancer Patients. I had my previous injection done at Clicks and received no issues. They were quick efficient and helpful. Serves me right for thinking going to Dischem was convenience.
