Pathetic service on medication delivery

Good day, I completed the "pack my meds" on 11 September 2020 for my mum's medication to be delivered. I was called by Cornubia branch stating it will be delivered on the 14th of September, however, my sms stated 15th. The meds were not delivered on the 14th or the 15th, despite numerous calls to the branch. I spoke to Jesreal on all occasions. This morning the 16th, she guaranteed me that the meds was out for delivery. It's now after 3pm and the meds have not been delivered. Calls to the store were constantly placed on hold or going to voicemail. the pharmacy manager and store manager never answered theirs phones either. I am extremely disappointed with the service and was constantly given the run around. Is this the kind of service offered to patients on chronic with chronic illnesses? Head office is still trying to "help" at 3:30 in the afternoon. Disappointed and disgusted at the lack of competence. I will certainly be taking my business else.
