Pathetic service from Dischem " Mall of the South"

I went to Dis-Chem Mall Of The South for the second Covid vaccination on the 22nd July, I arrived on time as per SMS sent. Waited in the queue for 3 and a half hours. Eventually I arrived at the vaccination station was told could not be given vaccination due to me having tested positive for Covid 30th June. Could this have not been checked before by a competent person before entering and wasting my time. I was told by my GP two weeks after having had Covid. What I also notice people behind and slightly in front of me jumping the queue?? Bribes???This was rather frustrating. All I got from the the Dis-Chem manager "sorry". I did e-mail my complaint directly to Dis-Chem to the customer Care on Friday 23rd of July. Not at all surprised "No Response". This is what happens to businesses when they become a monopoly, they do not give a damn and loose touch with customers and reality!!!!
