Pathetic service from Dischem

I ordered items for delivery on the 29th of March. I received broken damaged baby goods. It is the 11th of April I haven't received any assistance regarding this matter. Service is pathetic!!! From the store that the goods were from all the way up to "support" ! I have never seen such poor service and pathetic customer service in my life.
