Pathetic service from Dischem

Very disappointed in Dischem. They’re advertising a R75 voucher with every Discovery Vitality health check. I did mine at the Grosvenor branch about a month ago and I’m still waiting for my voucher. I followed up with the nurse about 3 or 4 times and each time she told me that it’s not something she controls although she did try to escalate it for me - to no avail. I also called Dischem hotline but after being put on hold and transferred from department to department , I eventually gave up because no one seemed capable of helping me. How can Dischem advertise a benefit and then have no clue how to deliver it!!
