Pathetic service from Dis-chem

Never purchasing online or from your store again. I made a purchase online for over R 700.00 and all items at that time were available. Payment was done and delivery is meant to take place 3 - 6 days. Today the 13/01 being 5 working days and almost time for delivery, you sms to notify that certain items cannot be fulfilled. I called the call centre and they informed me that only 1 out of 6 items are in stock. This is nonsense, Your priority should be packing items that customers have paid for. No customer care what so ever. Thank you
