Pathetic Service Dischem The Atrium.

I went to dischem at the Atrium, and I was beyond disappointed in the service received from the pharmacist on duty. I didn't see a name badge unfortunately. He spoke so politely to the customer before me, yet when it was my turn he kept looking at his watch. I do understand it was almost closing time, but that does not mean he should treat me as if I am an inconvenience. I attempted to lighten the mood by making conversation and he said "I don't care". I brushed it off thinking I misheard and he repeated himself saying "I really don't care".

I myself work in a customer oriented environment and I have never treated my customers in this manner. This is not the first time I've experienced such pathetic service from this particular dischem, but today I actually felt embarrassed as the customer behind me noticed the interaction and shook his head. I live 5 minutes away from the Atrium, but i will never go to that pharmacy again.
