PATHETIC service Dischem galleria Durban

Went to Dischem galleria durban 25th Sept last month. Was buying a medication that was on special. Saw a Des who was ADAMANT that it could NOT be processed for the discounted price via the medical aid. I left unhappy after getting him to process it for the normal price to the medical aid. A MONTH later i contacted the medical aid who confirmed that it could have been done if the medical aid wanted to do it.i went back to Dischem got Des to call me back who was still adamant it CANT BE DONE. His dispensary manager Jitesh basically confirmed what he said. The regional dispensary manager Marc emailed me say that it COULD HAVE BEEN DONE had Des choose the cash option on the system printed an invoice & i submitted to the medical aid to claim on THE discounted price!! Marc apologised for Des oversight telephonically. For all my inconvenience, embarassment caused, frustration, being loyal customers for a long time and 2 senior staff at dispensary being in the WRONG i asked for a telephonic apology from Des and his manager Jitesh & a R150 GESTURE. From my last e-mail YESTERDAY 29th October Nobody at Dischem has come BACK to me via email or telephonically NOT DES , JITESH , MARC OR EVEN THE STORE MANAGER YANIV DOGAN. I find this ABSOLUTELY unacceptable inexcusable and pathetic service from the staff at Dischem.
