PATHETIC SERVICE - DISCHEM CRESTA

On Saturday we went to the Dischem Cresta Branch and was disgusted by the service we received. We had a patient who is diabetic and his sugar level was extremely high. We were told by a very unfriendly "Sister" if we do not have an appointment, dischem cannot attend to us. The sad thing is that the patient was extremely weak and was turned away. So if the staff at dischem see someone collapsing, is that the same response they would receive. Luckily we went to CLICKS, and the Sister had no stories and was able to see us at the same time. My point is that Dischem also needs to train its staff on how they should handle clients/patients. Treat them like you CARE!!!!
