Pathetic service

I recently placed an order for collection at Dischem The Atrium in Overport. Today on my lunch break I went to collect it and the lady at the counter asked for my order number which I mistakenly deleted. So I asked her where on the app can I find the order number because I didn't know myself. She tells me she doesn't know.

I left the store went back to work and found out how to get my number. I've always had my stuff collected at Musgrave with no hassle even if you don't have your order number just show identity. But this lady that tells me it's not possible and unwilling to help further just shows she shouldn't be working in the front of the store dealing with customers

I will collect my order after work but will never again have this particular store in mind when ordering. Your customer service people need more trading on helping customers
